New Orleans, Louisiana · Majority Woman-Owned

A little something
extra.

We make cocktail syrups, bitters, and dried fruit garnishes. Small batches, real ingredients, twenty years of bar work behind every recipe. That takes more time than most people bother with. That is the extra.

lagniappe / ‘lan-yap / noun

A little something extra, worked into the thing itself instead of tacked on after. More time. Better ingredients. Testing it on a real bar instead of guessing. Around here that is not a bonus. It is just how you are supposed to do it.

What we make

Three things, made properly

Cocktail Syrups

Simple, spiced, and fruit syrups made in small batches. Not the jug that sits behind the bar for a year. Balanced enough to hold up in an actual drink.

Bitters

A few drops can save a bad cocktail or ruin a good one. Ours were built by somebody who spent twenty years learning the difference.

Dried Fruit

Citrus wheels and garnish that make a drink look like somebody cared. Somebody did.

Our story

Twenty years behind the bar taught us a few things

The woman who started this company spent twenty years making drinks for strangers in Portland & New Orleans. That teaches you things. Which syrups fall flat. Which bitters are worth the shelf space. Which garnish is worth the extra ninety seconds. Mostly she learned it by making a lot of bad drinks first. Everybody does.

This company is majority owned by women. That should not be news in this industry, but somehow it still is. We make the products we spent twenty years wishing somebody else would make properly. Small batches. Honest labels. Nothing in the bottle we would not want to explain to your face.

  • Bar-tested. Everything gets tried on a real bar before we sell it to you.
  • Majority woman-owned. Not a marketing point. Just a fact.
  • Always lagniappe. Extra care in every batch.
